Welcome to Elise AI Assistant (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a service provided by Versarix. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the Elise AI Assistant service.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our automated analysis services, we request access to the following Google User Data:
- Gmail Data: Read-only access to view email messages and attachments.
- Google Drive Data: Read-only access to view and download files stored in your Google Drive.
- Google Calendar & Tasks: Read/Write access to manage schedules (if applicable).
We do not store your password. Access is managed securely via OAuth 2.0 tokens.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data solely for the purpose of providing the Elise AI Assistant features:
- Automated Analysis: Processing email attachments and Drive files to extract key data (e.g., financial reports, medical records) based on your requests.
- Workflow Automation: streamlining business processes based on the extracted data.
We do not use your Google Workspace data for serving advertisements.
We do not allow humans to read your data unless:
- We have your affirmative agreement for specific messages;
- It is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating a bug or abuse);
- It is necessary to comply with applicable laws; or
- Our use is limited to internal operations and the data (including derivations) have been aggregated and anonymized.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)
Elise AI Assistant’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Processed data (reports) are delivered to you, and temporary files are deleted from our processing servers immediately after analysis.
6. Your Rights
You may revoke Elise AI Assistant’s access to your Google account at any time via the Google Security Settings.
