We use AI, and we say so
Versarix AI, a brand of Riovily Inc, has one human: Hubert, the founder. We use AI in much of our work, including research, emails, scheduling, reports and proposals, and we are building a team of AI agents, Versarix OS, to take on more of it.
If you ask whether you are dealing with AI, our agents will tell you the truth.
A person owns the decisions
Hubert runs every discovery call, approves every scope and signs every agreement. Agents draft; a person decides.
No AI cold calls
We do not use AI voices to call people who have not asked to hear from us. Voice agents we build for clients answer inbound calls only.
No recording without consent
We do not record calls unless everyone on the call has agreed and local rules allow it.
Every email we send says who we are, includes our physical address and has an unsubscribe link. We honor opt-outs right away.
Agents we build for clients
Every agent we build says it is AI when asked and never pretends to be a named human.
We do not build agents that give medical, legal or financial advice. In v1 we do not connect to medical records systems, handle clinical details or take card data (PCI). HIPAA covered entities are scoped separately before any build.
AI can be wrong
AI output, including the Free AI Scan, can contain mistakes. Check anything important before acting on it.
