Versarix AI is a brand of Riovily Inc, 2810 N Church St, Suite 206, Wilmington, DE 19802. We run versarix.com.

When you fill in the Free AI Scan, Book a Call or Contact form: your name, email, company, and anything else you choose to share, like your website, industry, team size or a message.

Basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address and browser type. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions.

To research your business and prepare your Free AI Scan report.

To schedule calls, reply to you and follow up by email.

To block spam and abuse.

Form submissions are sent securely to Versarix OS, our internal operations system, where our AI agents use them for the purposes above.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that forms are filled in by people, not bots. Cloudflare processes technical data for that check.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical data to serve pages.

Payments are handled by Stripe on its own hosted pages. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares the payment details we need, like your name, email and what you paid for.

We don't use advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site. If that changes, we'll update this page.

Every email we send says who we are, includes our physical address and has an unsubscribe link. We honor opt-outs right away.

Please don't send us health records, payment card details or other sensitive data through our forms. We don't need it and don't want it.
