Prices on this site are ranges, not offers. The scope and final price of any paid work are set in a signed proposal or statement of work.

The scan is prepared with AI, from public information and what you tell us. It is a starting point, not professional advice.

Savings and effort figures are rough estimates, not guarantees. The report may contain mistakes, so check anything important before acting on it.

We use AI in much of our work, including emails and reports, and we are building AI agents to take on more of it. If you ask whether you're dealing with AI, we'll tell you.

You let us use the information you submit to prepare your scan, schedule calls and reply to you. Only send information you have the right to share.

The text, design and code of this site belong to Riovily Inc. You're welcome to link to it and quote short parts with credit.

Don't misuse the forms, send spam, try to break or overload the site, or submit someone else's details without their permission.

To the extent the law allows, the site and the free scan are provided as is, and we're not liable for indirect losses from using them.

Payments are processed by Stripe on its own hosted pages, under Stripe's terms. We never see or store your card number.

Paid work is covered by a separate signed agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.
