Versarix AI has one human. Versarix OS is the team of 9 AI agents we are building to handle the rest: finding leads, research, outreach, scheduling, proposals, invoices and project updates.
Aries finds
Finds small businesses with public signs they could use AI, and fills in the lead data.
Orion qualifies
Scores every lead and decides where it goes next.
Sagittarius writes
Writes personal, CAN-SPAM compliant emails and follow-ups, and answers replies.
Hephaestus builds scans
Writes the Free AI Scan reports and tailored demos.
Chronos schedules
Books calls, briefs Hubert before each one and turns his notes into a proposal draft.
Libra handles paperwork
Drafts proposals, contracts and invoices, and sends payment reminders.
Polaris watches the pipeline
Sends a daily pipeline report and flags deals that have gone quiet.
Atlas runs delivery
Tracks milestones and sends clients a weekly update.
Care supports clients
Sorts support requests from Care clients and escalates to Hubert.
We rebuilt it from scratch in code (Python) in October 2026, replacing a stack of no-code workflows that were hard to maintain and hard to trust.
Each agent has one narrow job. A person stays where judgment matters: Hubert runs discovery calls, approves scopes and closes deals.
The rules are built in, not bolted on: CAN-SPAM on every email, no AI cold calls, and agents say they are AI when asked.
